Abstract

The aim of this project is as follow: (1) To establish what industrial equipment is currently supplied for the high angle conveying of bulk solids. (2) To classify the various techniques according to capacity, lift and power. (3) To provide a design procedure for each of the most useful techniques. This is to be done in such a way as to be useful to the professional engineer in providing information into what is possible, give a basis for the comparison of the different systems and to be an aid into the selection of the best system for the requirements that are specified by the conveying requirements. t are specified by the conveying requirements.
