This program is a client server application that can run on a mobile phone, and a Java Servlet is the server terminal. SQL and Java Servlet will be applied in this program. The client application was developed for Android mobile operating system. It is better to be applied on a mobile with camera, because through the client application user should be possible to take a photo. Moreover, the client side can also upload photo with comment and send it to the server. The server application can receive the data and save the data to a SQL database. And it also allows reviewing user basic information, comments, images and upload time of all users data when browse the main page of the application.
