Experiencing trauma has been linked to adverse mental and physical health outcomes. The purpose of this project is to develop a group curriculum, rooted in narrative and bibliotherapuetic techniques, for adolescents who have undergone traumatic experiences. While intended to improve trauma symptoms, the group will allow students to explore themselves in a social context, helping to develop stronger senses of self-worth and courage.
