Abstract

This paper illuminates upon theory of financial valuation of companies and their value, through a literature review and explanation of the theories development and usage. The aim of this project report is to valuate the company Royal Unibrew. Starting with analyzing and calculating different variables such as the Beta, The cost of equity through the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) and the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) and Finally we seek to attain a real value figure through a Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) model. The project lastly seeks to illuminate the mechanism of the aforementioned models and provide a discourse for a conclusion. Advisors/Committee Members: Kabderian Dreyer, Johannes (advisor).
