Expatriates Doug and Cindi Bower have successfully expatriated to Mexico, learning through trial and error how to do it from the conception of the initial idea to driving up to their new home in another country. Cynthia Marie Bower has been a teacher of English as a Second Language at two local private schools in Guanajuato, GTO. She has a degree from the University of Kansas in Secondary Education. She has been a permanent resident with her husband, Douglas Bower, in central Mexico since August 2003. Her first professional writing credit will appear in the AAA Go Magazine in November 2005.
Doug Bower is a freelance writer, Syndicated Columnist, and book author. His most recent writing credits include The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The Houston Chronicle, The Philadelphia Inquirer, and Transitions Abroad.
