RNA binding proteins (RBPs) are known to interact with cis-regulatory motifspresent in the mRNAs to perform biological functions. However, little is knownfor the RBP binding sites. Therefore, the prediction of RBP binding sites fromsequence only is crucial to RNA functions. It is composed of three factors: structuralproperties prediction, primary motif search and evolutionary information. In thisthesis, we introduce our approach, which considers structural properties, primarymotif and evolutionary conservation information at the same time.
