The impacts of system quality and information quality on mobile users behavioral intentions to use trade show application systems in Hong Kong: the mediating effects of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness

Professional Doctorate - Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) This research explores the role of system quality and information quality in building the usage of tradeshow application systems through perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness and their effects on influencing customer behavior in the Hong Kongs exhibition industry. The result revealed that system quality, information quality, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness were significantly associated with the behavioral intention to use tradeshow application systems. Furthermore, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness together provided a competitive advantage to exhibition business as they played significant roles in inducing customers positive behavioral intention to use tradeshow application systems. This research contribution lies in providing benchmarks for managers to understand the effective use of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness.
