Abstract
The purpose of this graduate project was to create a professional development workshop that would provide school counselors with skills to better outreach to at-risk urban African American high school students from urban neighborhoods. The goal of the proposed workshop is for School Counselors to provide students with the knowledge and skills to pursue school success beyond high school for career achievement.Advisors/Committee Members: Sands, Tovah (advisor), Lee, Timmy E (committee member).
