Subalansuotų rodiklių sistemos sukūrimas telekomunikacijų sektoriaus įmonių veiklai vertinti: Development of a Balanced Scorecard System to Evaluate the Performance of Companies in the Telecommunications Sector

In the final master's thesis, companies in the telecommunications sector are evaluated according to the developed system of balanced indicators. The theoretical part of the work presents the concepts of the system of balanced indicators, analyzes and compares possible systems, analyzes the main areas of the systems. The methodological part presents the developed methodology, according to which a system of balanced indicators will be created. This section presents all the methods used in empirical research. The third part of the empirical work presents an analysis of the telecommunications sector and the companies in this sector. The developed system is applied in this part: the calculated results of balanced indicators and expert evaluation are presented, data processing by SAW, COPRAS and GV methods is performed. As a result, each company is assigned appropriate scores (ranked) and the results are summarized. Structure: 3 chapters - theoretical, methodological and empirical. Thesis consists of: 69 p. text without appendixes, 15 pictures, 31 tables, 60 bibliographical entries. Work attachments are included separately.
