LIA - desenvolvimento metodológico de auditoria de inovação enxuta aplicada a instituições de educação

Any project or business, regardless of its size, needs to innovate, and this is no longer an option, it is a matter of survival. However, innovating is not an easy task, especially for the education sector. The education sector lacks innovation in Brazil, because the organizational structures of educational institutions are quite rigid, and part of this is due to bureaucracy and barriers to the implementation of new ideas. Thus, in view of this market need, a series of solutions have emerged to bring innovation closer to educational organizations, although most of them are focused on the development of pedagogical methodologies and innovations in technology, with high costs and long development periods, leaving aside school areas such as management and business. Given this scenario, this scientific-entrepreneurial research sought to analyze and validate the application of a theoretical study on Innovation Auditing, developing a methodological approach dedicated to diagnosing the innovative potential of a company, identifying innovative bottlenecks and enhancing the innovation process of these companies, helping to find new strategies and new ways of generating value to the business in an agile manner. The result of the research was the creation of the LIA - Lean Innovation Audit, a methodology for identifying innovative bottlenecks and gaps in various companies and developing the innovative potential of organizations. Validation tests were developed using the approach with a company in the I.T. area, in a school of early childhood education, and in a large national company in the area of vocational education, and the results achieved with LIA, bringing improvements to these organizations, confirming the enormous potential of LIA and its application in different areas.
