IMPACT OF WTO AGREEMENT ACCESSION ON THE TRADE AND A FEW IPR LAWS IN AFGHANISTAN.

The researcher aims to study, analyze and identify the impact, and loopholes and attempts to provide constructive suggestions for strengthening the trade and IPR in Afghanistan. This study aims to examine the impact of WTO agreement implementations on the Economy of Afghanistan. Afghanistan experienced various political uncertainties, declining international grant support, and continued insecurity. All aspects that affect the direct form of the worsening economic crisis are not measured by previous studies and failed to provide useful recommendations and solutions to alleviate the reduction in trade caused by the crisis. The study employs doctrinal research, under this method a blend of the qualitative and quantitative techniques has been used to achieve the research objectives; review the WTO agreement of trade and IPR with Afghanistan, examine the impact of the WTO agreement on trade in Afghanistan, analyze the impact of the WTO agreement on IPR in Afghanistan. The study reveals a lack of available and reliable research concerning trade and IPR protection in Afghanistan. It makes it challenging to integrate information and draw an interpretation of the WTO on trade and IPR. The study’s objectives are to review the WTO agreement of business and IPR with Afghanistan and analyze the future scope of the WTO agreement on the economy of Afghanistan.
