L’acte du philosopher, chez Hegel ou le dépassement de la crise des Lumières : quelle est la fin de la philosophie ? : The Act of Philosophizing in Hegel or the Overcoming of the Lights’ Crisis : What’s the End of Philosophy ?

Parce qu’il déplore, dans un même élan, d’une part, que les philosophes en titre pensent mal (en vérité, ils ne « pensent » pas, puisqu’ils limitent leur activité à celle de l’entendement), et, d’autre part, que ceux qui se chargent d’instruire en philosophie ne maîtrisent pas leur art, le pédagogue-philosophe Hegel va mener trois batailles. La première se charge de redéfinir l’acte même du penser. La seconde met en exergue la contre-productivité des Lumières, exhortant tout logiquement à les dépasser. La troisième lève le voile sur la « fin » de la philosophie. Because he deplores, in the same momentum, on the one hand, that the titled philosophers think badly (in truth, they don’t « think », since they limit their activity to that of the understanding), and, on the other hand, that those who are responsible for instructing in philosophy don’t master their art, the pedagogue-philosopher Hegel will fight three battles. The first is responsible for redefining the very act of thinking. The second highlights the counter-productivity of the Lights, logically urging us to go beyond them. The third lifts the veil on the « end » of philosophy.
