A personal pronoun is a short term that refers to the speaker or writer, the audience member, or other people and things. Due to the fact that they serve a particular purpose and have a distinct meaning in multiple disciplines, they add ambiguity to the language. Personal pronouns are crucial in academic writing since it is well recognized that they are one of the primary tools authors use to communicate with their readers, convey their thoughts, and identify themselves within the context of the study. Linguists and other scientists are thus showing growing interest in this area. The analysis of the personal pronoun "We" in an interdisciplinary study of linguistic and literary research papers forms the basis of the specific topic. The study provide approval for both quantitative and qualitative research based on my analysis of the semantic types of the personal pronoun “We”. They will also aid in highlighting the key similarities and contrasts between the two disciplines’ uses of personal pronouns. Although this study did not fully address this issue due to its limited research options, other investigations on this scientific topic should be conducted.
