The role of modern technologies while identifying and using intrapreneurs' potential in business strategies

In current times, technologies are solely related to business, as they become more attainable and easier to implement in business processes. They are very demanded due to their value-added. For example, Big-data analytics and Blockchain technologies. More often they are also being implemented as a part of business strategy, such as HR strategy, that often includes modern technologies in HR processes and monitoring. An objective of such strategies is to enable intrapreneurial potential in an organisation, as intrapreneurship can be defined as entrepreneurship within the company‘s boundaries. To achieve such goal and enable intrapreneurship value, HR strategies test different methods. That imposes a question: what role do modern technologies play in finding, enabling, and using intraprenurial potential in a business? The outcome of this paper answers this question by interviewing experts of i-gaming industry in attempt to validate or deny six pre-defined assumptions. Results reveal that intrapreneurial level strongly depends on psychological factors and technological progress alone cannot provide the solution to the raised question.
